Description:
Conversion from opioids to methadone is a complex practice

training, knowledge, and a certain level of comfort. This
presentation, directed to nurses, discusses the intricacies of
methadone, discussing the use of methadone with the patient
and their family, and the end result, greatly reduced pain for
the patient.
