This course covers the opportunities for partnership and tips for selecting a good partner, reviews different contractual arrangements in light of the new Conditions of Participation, provides a summary of new requirements under the CoPs, and offers guidance on anti-kickback and other fraud and abuse considerations and how to avoid common pitfalls. Examples of common regulatory pitfalls are provided.
