The course provides an overview on 418.112 structure, with focus on the CoP and the 6 standards, care plans, orientation of staff and pitfalls to avoid.

Objectives:

• The learner will be able to identify components of the written agreement between the hospice and the facility.
  
• The learner will be able to describe procedures for coordination of services
