• Decide how many courses you want to order from the HEN Course Catalog.
• Determine price per course based on your hospice's ADC.
• Multiply the number of courses times the price per course for your hospice.
• For hospice with more than one provider number, determine the HEN course price based on the ADC per provider number and multiply that amount times the number of courses selected.
